Noorulain

Noorulain was born and raised in Pakistan. She completed her BFA from Alberta college of art and design in 2012 and her MA in visual arts from National college of art and design in 2016. Her work is an exploration of a place that is never attainable. Began as a study of concepts based on home, its physical planes and its emotional manifestations that linger even after the place has been abandoned, she also explores the ideas of displacement. She incorporates possible planes and forms in her work that are derived from experienced places further abstracted, transformed and sometimes exaggerated to create another kind of place. The artist lives and works in Sargodha , Pakistan.
