Omar Gilani

Omar Gilani is a self-taught artist and illustrator. His practice melds traditional approaches with modern themes, both in concept and in technical execution. He takes a keen interest in exploring depictions of Pakistan that are an interplay between tradition and modernity. His art has been exhibited in several cities around the world and across Pakistan. He currently lives in Vancouver and works in the animation industry.
