Rida Zainab

Lives and works in Lahore, Pakistan. Rida Zainab is an artist, and writer. She graduated from the National College of Arts, Lahore, in 2016 with MA Hons in Visual Arts, She was recipient of the Vasl Artist Residency, Karachi in 2017. Zainab has participated in group exhibitions nationally including the Swiss Embassy We the People We the Arts 2016.Full Circle gallery Karachi, Lok Virsa Museum Islamabad. Zainab has been working as an Urdu writer and Translator since 2017. Her first published work was Lahore Biennale bilingual guide book. In 2018. She translated exhibition text titled “Drone Vision” in Urdu for Hasselblad Göteborg Sweden. She is currently working for Lahore Biennale Foundation, Pakistan.
