Rohama Malik

Rohama Malik is an interdisciplinary artist. She is pursuing an MFA as a student at the Illustration Practice program at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and has a Bachelor's degree in English from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Her love of books led her to working at The Last Word in Lahore, acting as a brand manager, social media guru, and the editor-in-chief for the reviews for the bookstore’s website. Her work explores themes relating to mental health, art creation, and science fiction. Her art has been exhibited at the MICA Image Harvest group show and also as part of a collaborative project with the Writers in Baltimore Schools program in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a Fulbright scholar and is a recipient of the Nancy Lee Rhodes Graduate Fellowship at MICA.
