Sophia Mairaj

Sophia Mairaj Malik is a mix media artist currently residing and working in Lahore. She received her BFA (Hons) degree from the DOVS, University of Karachi in 2007 and completed her Master’s Degree in Visual Arts from (NCA) Lahore in 2013, she has taught at the department of visual studies, Karachi University, NCA, Lahore, and is currently teaching at COMSATS Lahore. She has had several shows in Pakistan and internationally. She was part of the VASL International Residency “The Thirteen Satellites”2007, and The Murree Residency, 2014.
