Zaman Baloch

Zaman Baloch is an artist based in Lahore he was born in Quetta Pakistan the early 1984 and studied Fine Arts at University of Balochistan he majored in painting and graduated in 2010 before moving to Lahore in 2012 to take up a place at the National College of Arts Lahore department of MA (Hons) Visual Arts in 2014 His MA thesis sustained the land and people of Baluchistan and inspired Zaman’s art practice. Zaman’s work explores the dialogue and affection between a native shepherd and his herd. Zaman’s visual language explores the effect of historic and geographical inheritance. He has completed several large scale commissions, and exhibited in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, and Quetta his work has been reviewed various in publications
